Plan Types and Benefit Configuration
Free Subscription Plan
All creators have a built-in free subscription plan, allowing fans to follow your public content for free.
- Receive public content push notifications
- View creator's public creator posts
- Basic interaction permissions (likes, comments)
Monthly Plan
Best for new fans to try subscriptions.
- Access subscriber-only content
- Exclusive push notifications
- Priority customer service and chat replies
- Limited event participation eligibility
Long-term Plans (Quarter/Year)
Longer duration with better value to improve retention.
- All basic plan benefits
- 1-on-1 exclusive chat channel
- Monthly exclusive perks or gifts
- Content creation decision-making participation
Editing and Managing Plans
After plan activation, you can perform the following operations at any time:
Edit Plan Content
Modify plan name, description, benefit list, and other content. Existing subscribers' benefits are not affected.
Adjust Plan Price
Increase or decrease plan price. Price changes only affect new subscribers; existing subscribers maintain their original price until renewal.
Enable or Disable Plan
After temporarily disabling a plan, new fans cannot subscribe, but existing subscribers' benefits are not affected. Normal service resumes after re-enabling.
Delete Plan
Can only delete plans with no subscribers. If there are subscribers, must wait until all subscriptions expire before deletion.
