Understanding Key Performance Indicators on Creator Dashboard

The dashboard displays three main KPI metrics: Monthly Revenue, Subscriber Count, and Message Quota, helping you quickly grasp the core data of your creator account.

KPI Metrics Explanation

Monthly Revenue

Displays the accumulated revenue for the current month, including the total from all income sources.

Revenue sources include:

  • Subscription Revenue: Income from fan subscription plans
  • Content Sales: Income from one-time content purchases
  • Tips Revenue: Fan tip amounts
  • Chat Unlock: Private message unlock income

Subscriber Count

Displays the current total number of active subscribers, including both paid and free subscribers.

Subscriber categories:

  • Paid Subscribers: Fans subscribed to paid plans
  • Free Subscribers: General fans following you
  • Total: Sum of all subscribers

Message Quota

Displays monthly push notification quota usage in "Used/Total" format.

Quota information:

  • Used Amount: Push notifications sent this month
  • Total Quota: Monthly quota limit included in plan
  • Reset Time: Automatically resets on the 1st of each month
  • Unlimited: Upgrade to premium plans for unlimited quota

Quota Status Colors

Normal Status (Green) - Sufficient quota
Warning Status (Orange) - Less than 20% quota remaining
Exceeded Status (Red) - Quota depleted
Unlimited (Theme Color) - No quota limit
