Batch Operations
Use batch actions to manage content and adjust subscription access
Available Batch Operations
Batch Delete
Delete multiple content items at once. Deletion is irreversible, please use with caution. Storage space will be released after deletion of related media files.
Batch Enable/Disable
Quickly enable or disable the display status of multiple content items. Disabled content will not be displayed on the frontend but will not be deleted and can be re-enabled at any time.
Batch Post-processing
Send multiple videos to EC2 for post-processing (watermarking, compression, etc.). The system will process them sequentially and automatically update content after completion.
Batch Tagging
Add or remove tag categories from multiple content items. Convenient for subsequent filtering and management, improving content organization efficiency.
Batch Operation Tips
Filter Then Select
Use filtering to narrow down range before batch selection for more precise and efficient results.
Preview Confirmation
Before executing batch delete, recommend previewing the list of selected content to avoid accidental deletion.
Process in Batches
If processing more than 100 items, recommend executing in batches to avoid excessive system load.
Backup Important Content
Before batch delete, backup important content locally just in case.
Batch Operation Best Practices
Use Filter Function
First narrow down range using filters like status, type, date, then perform batch operations. For example, filter "disabled for more than 30 days" content for batch deletion.
Check Selected Items
Carefully check the number and content of selected items before executing operation. System displays "X items selected" at bottom, click to view detailed list.
Read Confirmation Prompt
System explains operation impact in confirmation dialog (such as deletion quantity, space released, etc.). Please read carefully before confirming execution.
Wait for Processing Completion
Batch operations execute in background, large operations may take several minutes. Do not close page, wait for system notification of processing completion.
