帳號與資料刪除

你可以直接在 GoVoko App 內永久刪除帳號，或透過註冊信箱提出資料刪除請求。

You can permanently delete your account in the GoVoko app or request deletion from your registered email address.

在 App 內刪除

  1. 開啟 GoVoko 並登入要刪除的帳號。
  2. 前往「我的」，點選右上角「設定」。
  3. 滑到頁面底部，點選「刪除帳號」。
  4. 確認提示內容後，點選「永久刪除」。

此操作無法復原。請在刪除前保留你需要的資料。

透過 Email 提出請求

如果無法登入 App，請使用註冊信箱寄信至 support@govoko.com， 主旨註明「GoVoko 帳號刪除申請」，並提供註冊 Email。為保護帳號安全，我們可能要求完成身分核對。

If you cannot access the app, email support@govoko.com from your registered address with the subject “GoVoko Account Deletion Request” and include your account email. We may request verification to protect your account.

會刪除的資料

  • 帳號、登入資料與個人檔案
  • 聊天訊息、角色關係與互動紀錄
  • 自訂角色、上傳圖片與相關生成內容
  • 點數餘額、解鎖紀錄與推播裝置資料

刪除請求會在完成身分核對後 30 天內處理。

依法保留的資料

為符合法律、稅務、付款爭議、防詐與安全義務，部分交易紀錄可能保留 5 至 7 年，必要的安全日誌可能保留最多 90 天。保留期間屆滿後將刪除或去識別化。

Some transaction records may be retained for 5 to 7 years for legal, tax, payment dispute, fraud prevention, and security obligations. Necessary security logs may be retained for up to 90 days, then deleted or de-identified.

Google Play 訂閱

刪除 GoVoko 帳號不會自動取消 Google Play 訂閱。請先前往 Google Play 的「付款與訂閱」取消續訂，再刪除帳號。

Deleting your GoVoko account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel renewal under Payments & subscriptions in Google Play before deleting your account.
