By using GoVoko, you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced here.

GoVoko provides AI-assisted creative tools, creator monetization, subscription management, and payment processing integrations.

Adult-related services, viewing, generation, and interaction features are available only to users who are at least 18 years old or meet the legal adult age in their jurisdiction.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

2. AI-generated Content and Model Output

AI output is assistive and may vary by model version, input prompt, and timing.

You are responsible for final review before publishing, monetizing, or distributing any generated result.

• GoVoko does not guarantee completeness or legal correctness of model responses.
• The platform is not liable for outputs that create misinformation risk or require professional judgment.
• Critical decisions (medical, legal, financial) should not rely solely on generated content.

3. Rights and Licenses

You retain ownership of your own uploaded materials, prompts, and original creations.

By uploading or generating, you grant GoVoko the operational license needed to host, process, secure, and display content.

• You must have sufficient rights for all uploaded assets.
• No unauthorized use of third-party logos, likeness, music, or trademarked items.

4. Risk Controls and Prohibited Content

To protect users and partners, prohibited content is restricted or removed.

If GoVoko reasonably suspects content involves minors, bestiality, non-consensual sexual acts, severe sexual exploitation, or other high-risk illegal conduct, content may be removed immediately, access may be restricted, earnings may be frozen, and the account may be suspended or terminated.

• Illegal goods/services, fraud, impersonation, abuse, harassment, or intellectual property violations.
• Any content involving minors, apparent minors, age-progression evasion, school-like sexualized depictions, or solicitation/exploitation of minors is prohibited regardless of whether it is real, synthetic, role-play, or AI-generated.
• Any bestiality, sexual acts with animals, or sexual depiction framed as anthropomorphic animals is prohibited.
• Any non-consensual, coercive, violent sexual, incestuous, voyeuristic, revenge-porn, or other exploitative sexual content is prohibited.
• Adult content must comply with age checks, local laws, and channel policy; platform age or identity verification may be required.
• High-risk sexual or violent content outside permitted channels is prohibited.
• Attempted policy circumvention, automated abuse, and security attacks.

5. Billing and Credits

Fees are charged for selected plans or credit consumption.

Fee schedules and plan features may be adjusted with effective date notices.

• Credits are non-cash utility points.
• Payment disputes are processed through the payment provider.
• Your use of paid services confirms acceptance of current terms.

6. Dispute Resolution

Please submit dispute details before chargeback actions.

We will review transaction records, usage logs, and related evidence in good faith.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

GoVoko may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, payment risk, or legal breaches.

Accounts involving minors, bestiality, non-consensual content, significant rights infringement, fraud, or other serious illegal risks may be suspended permanently, with related transaction amounts retained and mandatory reports submitted where required.

Unused entitlements may be adjusted based on policy and remaining term.
