1. Scope of Refunds

Applies to credits, subscriptions, and digital AI deliverables.

Adult-content services remain subject to GoVoko age limits, adult policy rules, and applicable law.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

  • AI generation failed or repeatedly cannot be loaded.
  • Duplicate charge or accidental duplicate purchase.
  • Content materially different from public description.
  • Service outage preventing content consumption.
  • Approved cases where valid payment is received but access is blocked due to platform technical error or moderation error.

3. Processing

Review starts within 5 business days after complete documentation submission.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in 7-14 business days.

4. Subscription and Credits

Subscriptions may be canceled before next billing cycle.

Credit refunds may be calculated by remaining entitlement where platform logic supports it.

5. Appeals

You may submit supplementary evidence within 7 days after a denial.

6. No Refund Cases

Used content, fully consumed credits, and non-serviceable preference changes are generally non-refundable.

Accounts, content, or transactions involving minors, bestiality, non-consensual material, age-verification evasion, major illegal acts, or major rights violations that are removed, suspended, frozen, or terminated are generally non-refundable.

  • Where legal or enforcement review is required, refunds are handled based on official investigation status.
  • Changes in user preferences without platform fault are generally not refundable.
