Engage with fans through chat, comments, and exclusive content
Access detailed analytics and business tools
Create personalized brand experiences with custom themes and PWA apps
Manage multiple content types (images, videos, posts)

2.3 Strict Creator Review Strategy

Multi-level Review Mechanism:

Pre-application review: Identity verification and creator background investigation
Content pre-review: All uploaded content must pass AI and human dual review
Continuous monitoring: 24/7 content compliance monitoring system
Zero tolerance policy: Any adult content results in immediate permanent ban

Review Standards and Processes:

Full responsibility for authenticity and legality of published content

5. Content Guidelines and Prohibited Content

5.1 Content Classification and Prohibited Content

Strictly Prohibited Adult Content (Immediate Permanent Ban):

Full nudity: Content showing genitals, nipples, or buttocks without artistic/educational context
Sexual acts: Any depiction of sexual intercourse, masturbation, or sexual contact

5.2 Additional Prohibited Content

Illegal content under applicable laws
Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
Intellectual property violations
Spam, fraudulent, or misleading content
Content that violates third-party rights

5.3 Content Verification and Enforcement

All creator content is subject to review and verification
Platform reserves right to remove non-compliant content immediately
Repeat violations result in account termination
No appeal process for adult content violations

6. GoVoko Coin System and Payment Terms

6.1 GoVoko Coin Nature and Usage

GoVoko Coins are virtual currency within the platform, not legal tender
Can only be used for platform content purchases and creator tips
Coins are non-transferable, non-tradeable, and non-refundable to cash
Unused coins expire after 12 months of inactivity

6.2 Recharge and Refund Policy

Coin recharges are non-refundable except for technical errors or duplicate charges
Recharge records are retained for 3 years for inquiry purposes
Remaining coin balance is forfeited upon account termination

6.3 Creator Revenue and Commission

Platform charges a service fee on all transactions
Revenue settlement occurs monthly
Minimum withdrawal amount and tax verification required
Creators responsible for tax reporting and compliance

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. By using GoVoko, you grant us:

License to host and distribute your content
Right to use content for platform promotion
Authorization to process payments on your behalf

8. Prohibited Activities

Strictly Forbidden:

Publishing, sharing, or monetizing any adult content or services
Any activities related to adult entertainment industry
Violating laws, regulations, or payment processor policies
Circumventing content review or security measures
Creating fake accounts or manipulating engagement
Manipulating GoVoko Coin system or payment mechanisms
Sharing account credentials or unauthorized access
Attempting to bypass our adult content detection systems

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings. Upon termination, all unused GoVoko Coins are forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

GoVoko provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from platform use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.
