All content on GoVoko is digital and delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, we have specific refund conditions.

2. No Cooling-Off Period

Under consumer protection laws, digital content that is delivered immediately with your consent is not subject to the standard cooling-off period. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

3. Refundable Scenarios

We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical errors preventing access to purchased content
  • Duplicate charges or accidental purchases
  • Content significantly different from description
  • Service unavailable for extended periods

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Tips and donations to creators
  • Subscription fees after content access
  • Custom or personalized content
  • Content already viewed or downloaded

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Coins expire after 12 months of account inactivity
  • Account termination forfeits all unused coin balance

13. Creator Withdrawals via Stripe Connect Express

Withdrawal Process:

  • Creator withdrawals processed through Stripe Connect Express
  • All withdrawals subject to Stripe's account verification requirements
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times apply
  • Tax reporting and compliance responsibility lies with creators
  • Withdrawal failures due to account issues are not platform responsibility
  • Platform cannot process withdrawals for accounts under review or suspended
