Escrow Payout

Coins Escrow mechanism to protect the rights and interests of both parties

The Escrow Payout system ensures transaction security. The Coins paid by Member will be frozen in the system first. After Event is completed and confirmed by both parties, Payout will be automatically given to Creator.

Coins Circulation scene

Scenario 1: Normal completion of Event

Member payment → frozen → confirmed by both parties → Payout to Creator

Creator Get paid in full

Scenario 2: Creator rejects Booking

Member Payment → Freeze → Creator Reject → Refund to Member

Member Get a full refund

Scenario 3: Creator cancels Booking

Member Payment → Freeze → Creator Cancel → Refund to Member

Member Get a full refund

Scenario 4: Review timeout

Member payment → frozen → not reviewed for 48 hours → automatically rejected → refunded to Member

Member Get a full refund

Payout Condition

The following five conditions must be met before the system will automatically Payout:

✓ Booking status is "Passed"

Creator has been reviewed and approved Booking

✓ Event has ended

The system time has exceeded the Event end time

✓ Creator confirmed

Creator confirmed Event completed and Rating

✓ Member confirmed

Member confirmed Event completed and Rating

✓ Coins is still in Escrow

Creator Reject Booking

Creator Click "Reject" during review

Immediate refundFull refund (100%)

Creator Cancel Booking

Creator Click "Cancel" in the passed Booking

Immediate refundFull refund (100%)

Review timeout

Not reviewed within Creator within 48 hours

The system automatically rejects and refundsFull refund (100%)

Member Cancel registration

Member Click "Cancel" before review

Immediate refundFull refund (100%)

Member cannot be canceled after passing the review
