Booking Management
Review the registration application, Management Event participants
Booking Management is the core function of Offline Event. Creator can review Member registrations, track Booking status, and Management participant list.
Booking status system
Booking has 5 states, each state represents a different processing stage:
Pending
Member has been registered, waiting for Creator review
Approved
Creator agreed, waiting for Event to start
Rejected
Creator Registration refused, refunded
Cancelled
Creator or Member canceled, refunded
Completed
Event ends, both parties have confirmed Rating
Review operations
Pass Booking
Agree to Member to participate in Event
Pass Booking
- Click the "Pass" button
- Confirm Member information
- Click to confirm
- The system sends notification to Member
Booking status changes to "Passed", Event number of people +1
Reject Booking
If you do not agree to participate in Member, you will receive a full refund.
Example of rejection reason
- Event quota is full
- Does not meet Event requirements
- Time cannot match
- Other reasons (please specify)
Booking status changes to "Rejected", Coins returns Member
Cancel Booking
Cancel passed Booking, full refund
Cancel Booking
- Click "Cancel" in the passed list
- Fill in the reason for cancellation
- Click to confirm
- The system automatically refunds and notifies Member
Frequent cancellations will affect your reputation, please operate with caution
Participant Management
View list of participants
All passed participants can be viewed in Event details
Contains: Member avatar, name, registration time, message
Contact participants
Participants can be contacted through the on-site chat function
It is recommended to confirm participant attendance 1-2 days before Event
Statistics
View statistics such as number of registrations, number of passes, number of cancellations, etc.
Total number of registrations, passed, pending review, rejected, canceled
