Passport Verification

Review time is typically 1-3 business days. During holidays or peak review periods, it may extend to 5 business days. You can check the review status anytime on the 'Settings' → 'Passport Verification' page.

Currently, the system only supports passport verification. ID cards and driver's licenses are not supported due to format differences across countries. We recommend using a valid passport for verification.

Yes. After reviewing the rejection reason, you can correct the issues (such as retaking clear photos, using a valid passport, etc.) and resubmit the application. There is no limit on the number of applications, but please ensure each submission has authentic and valid information.

Your passport information is only used for identity verification and is strictly protected by privacy measures. We will not share your passport information with third parties or use it for any purpose other than verification. Data storage uses encryption technology to ensure security.

After completing verification, the minimum withdrawal amount is $1 USD. Withdrawals require deduction of fees (bank transfer 5%, PayPal 3%), and the actual amount received will be after fee deduction. For detailed withdrawal rules, please refer to the "Withdrawal Instructions" documentation.

Yes. When your passport expires, the verification status will change to 'Needs Update'. You need to upload new passport photos to reverify in order to continue using advanced features such as withdrawal. The system will remind you to update 30 days before passport expiry.
