Learn how to manage chat conversation records with fans
Conversation List Explanation
Message Time
Each conversation displays the send time of the latest message. Today's messages show specific times (e.g., 14:30), yesterday shows 'Yesterday', earlier messages show dates (e.g., 01/15).
Read Status
Your sent messages will show read status: single check means delivered, double check means read by recipient. Messages sent by fans do not show read status.
Unread Badge
Conversations with unread messages display a red dot or unread number badge. After clicking into the conversation, the unread badge automatically disappears.
